4/10 – Mindful Noting

This guided meditation is a mindfulness practice I use personally, and thought I’d share. Coming from the tradition of Mahasi Sayadaw, this can be a useful way to keep the mind concentrated while opening up in an open awareness practice. Duration: 16:55 MEDITATE
